No refund shall be payable for such No-Show accommodation. Any accommodation required for subsequent nights shall be arranged by the client at their own cost.

Additional transportation, if required, shall be chargeable at prevailing rates.

In case of helicopter service cancellation, passengers may be accommodated on the next available flight or the tickets may be cancelled and endorsed for refund, solely at the discretion of the concerned aviation authorities.

Yatharth Travels only facilitates helicopter ticket bookings and shall not be responsible for boarding, scheduling, on-ground handling, or other land services controlled by the aviation service provider.

  18. Helicopter Tickets – Cancellation and Rescheduling

Once booked, helicopter tickets shall be subject to the applicable cancellation, amendment, and rescheduling rules of the concerned helicopter operator and/or Shrine Board.

In the event that a flight is delayed, partially completed, or cancelled due to bad weather, technical faults, or other reasons, passengers should ensure that the required cancellation stamp is affixed to their helicopter tickets by the service provider.

Refund requests may require properly stamped and cancelled tickets. Yatharth Travels shall not be responsible for losses arising from failure to obtain the required documentation.

  19. Refund Process for Helicopter Tickets Due to Bad Weather

Yatries are strongly advised to submit refund requests directly to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board for transparency and clarity.

Yatharth Travels shall make reasonable efforts to assist in facilitating the refund process.

Once the Shrine Board provides refund details, including Ticket Number, Transaction ID, Refund Amount, Refund Date, and Card/Bank Account details, the client shall forward a copy of the relevant communication to Yatharth Travels.

  24. No-Show and Liability Disclaimer

Yatharth Travels shall not be held liable for any No-Show of passenger(s) at subsequent destinations resulting from cancellation of helicopter services due to backloading, delayed boarding, technical issues, operational reasons, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

The Company shall also not be responsible where passengers are delayed or stranded at Panchtarani, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, or any other location and consequently fail to arrive at the next scheduled destination.

  26. Shri Amarnath Shrine Board Compliance – Helicopter Passengers

As per the applicable rules of the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board, yatris travelling by helicopter to Panchtarani may not be required to obtain a Yatra Permit.

Such yatris may nevertheless be required to produce a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC), duly issued by an authorised doctor or institute, at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath or Pahalgam.

The RFID Yatra Card may be mandatory for Yatris as prescribed by the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board and/or relevant authorities.

Depending on the applicable arrangements, the card may be obtained at Srinagar, Neelgrath/Pahalgam Helipad, or the Katra Helipad for Vaishno Devi.

The issuance procedure may require biometric verification and presentation of Aadhaar Card along with helicopter tickets and/or Yatra registration documents.

  29. Age and Health Restrictions

Passengers must comply with all age, health, pregnancy, and other eligibility restrictions prescribed by the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board and relevant authorities from time to time.

The Company shall not be responsible for refusal of permission to undertake the pilgrimage where the passenger does not meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the competent authorities.

  30. Reporting, Boarding and Flight Cancellation Policy

Passengers are required to report at the designated helipad at least one (1) hour prior to the notified departure time or as specified in the Passenger Ticket Document (PTD).

  31. Helicopter Ticketing and Aviation Services

Helicopter tickets shall be issued subject to availability of services from authorised aviation operators approved by the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board or other competent authorities.

Tickets may be issued for any available timing and may involve one or more authorised aviation operators.

For the Amarnath Yatra Neelgrath sector, services may be provided by operators authorised by the Shrine Board from time to time.

  32. Mandatory Travel Vouchers

Every passenger is required to carry printed copies of the Hotel, Helicopter, Houseboat, and Transport Vouchers during travel.

At the time of check-in, passengers may be required to produce valid government-approved photo identification, such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or another officially recognised identity document.

  34. Accommodation Replacement Policy

No replacement or alteration of pre-booked accommodation shall ordinarily be permitted during the stay.

If guests become stranded at Sonamarg, Pahalgam, or Panchtarani and elect to remain there overnight instead of proceeding to Srinagar, they shall be responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation.

The pre-booked Srinagar stay may be treated as a No-Show, with no refund payable where permitted under the applicable cancellation policy.

On-the-spot changes or amendments to accommodation arrangements shall not ordinarily be entertained.

No cancellation or refund request shall ordinarily be entertained solely because the Holy Shivling melts before the passenger's scheduled Yatra date, or because the Yatra is temporarily suspended or stopped by the Shrine Board or Government authorities due to bad weather, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, the applicable cancellation policy shall govern the booking, subject to applicable law.

  38. Air, Train and Bus Ticket Cancellations

The Company's applicable package cancellation policy shall continue to govern the package booking.

  39. Failure to Reach Destination
