DAY 01: Arrive at Srinagar & Half day sightseeing (If time Permits) & Overnight stay at Srinagar

Our services start with your arrival at Srinagar airport. At arrival gate, you will be welcomed by our representative/driver and then transfer by Car to pre booked Hotel in Srinagar.  On arrival check in your hotel & after fresh N up directly leave for local sightseeing tour to famous Nishat Garden known as 'Garden of pleasure' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal Emperor Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as 'Garden of love' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa), then visit Chashmi-e Shahi. In the evening enjoy the Shikara ride {at your own cost} on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting Places around the Lake. Dinner & Overnight at Srinagar.

Remarks:
* Please book your flight tickets time in the morning to reach Srinagar Airport. In this way you will have whole day for the Srinagar city sightseeing.
*Please prepare your Yatra RFID card at Srinagar Or you can prepare the same at Helipad also.

DAY 02: Srinagar – Neelgarth Helipad drop | Amarnath Yatra By Helicopter | Night stay at Panchtarani

Morning after having your breakfast and transfer by car to Neelgarth Helipad (100 Kms -3-4 Hrs.). Please do not forget to carry your important documents i.e. Helicopter Tickets soft copies, Original CHC form, RFID Card, Original Aadhar Card for your convenient Yatra- (No digital documents will be accepted).

By the afternoon arrive at Neelgarth Helipad via Sonmarg. Take your boarding into helicopter and fly for Neelgarth Helipad for divine Baba Amarnath Ji Darshan.

Neelgarth – Panchtarani  Helicopter ride (Ride-8-10 Minutes ride – One way). The Helicopter starts operating at 07.30 Hrs (If Weather Permitting). Amarnath Holy Cave is aprox 06 Kms ahead from Panchtarani Helipad, you can go Holy Cave from Panchtarani by trek, ponies or palkies (at your own cost). After Baba Shri Amarnath holy darshan return back to Panchtarani.  Overnight stay at Panchtarani in Tents (at your own cost). Unlimited Free food available at Langars.   

Remark: 
1) Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD (Ticket). Due to bad weather, technical reason or any unexpected reason etc it may affect your helicopter ride, due to which you may have to stay 02nd night’s in Sonamarg Hotels (at your own cost) instead of Panchtarani. In this case on 03rd day you will get the boarding into you Helicopter Ride by the helicopter people. In Amarnath Cave / Panchtarni & nearby, the temperature becomes very low at night, to avoid any difficulties Therefore, make adequate preparation beforehand for all these situations.

2) If armymen have allowed, then on the same day, you can do the Trekking of 6 Kms from Panchtarni to Holy Cave for Amarnath Darshan, Otherwise the next day early morning.

DAY 03: Panchtarani–Neelgarth Helicopter Ride Then Srinagar drop. Night stay at Srinagar. 

Morning return back to Neelgarth by helicopter from Panchtarani helipad.  Neelgarth to Srinagar transfer by car. On arrival check in your pre booked hotel in Srinagar & relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Srinagar.

Remark:
1) Return journey timing from Panchtarani – Neelgarth will be on FCFS basis  (First Come First Serve basis), you are highly advised to report Panchtarani helipad at early morning to avoid the delay boarding

2)Due to the restrictions imposed by the Army / security agency for the last few years for Yatrie’s safety precautions, it is prohibited to go from Sonmarg to Srinagar in the evening timing. Yatries who are coming Neelgarth by the evening hour from Panchtarani helipad, they will have to manage their  03rd Night’s stay at Sonmarg only (at their own cost) due to this reason. Srinagar Hotel stay will be consider No-show / auto cancelled in this case – without any refund.

DAY 04: Same Day Return Tour to Gulmarg. Night stay at Srinagar.

After early breakfast proceed for same day sightseeing of Gulmarg (2440 Meters above Sea level) - it is one of the most beautiful hill station in this world and also called meadows of flower. It has world highest golf course (World Highest) and Gulmarg is also famous for winter sports skiing etc. On arrival enjoy Gondola cable car ride (Cable car, at your own cost). Return back to Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Remarks:-
1) Yatri who are unable to come back to Neelgarth by helicopter same day (3rd Day –due to any circumstances), and stay that night at Panchtarni / Neelgarth / Sonmarg, they will be unable to visit Gulmarg tour on day 04th. 
2) Due to strict horse union problem in Gulmarg, our transport will be not able to tour you in Gulmarg. The vehicles are only allowed till Gulmarg Parking Area. If any tourist wants to perform any sightseeing present there, they can do it by the horse (at their own cost).
3) Please book your gondola cable car tickets online before your travel date through Gandola Cable Car Tickets official website: https://jkcablecar.payu.in/  to avoid last minutes hassles.

Yatra ends.... but sweet memories always remain ...!!! 

Please Note: The helicopter will give you Boarding of Same Day flying or the Next Day or giving you late boarding, it is an internal decision for the helicopter services, and they will not accept any kind of interference from anybody / travel agent. If the Aviation Service gave you boarding for the 03rd day (Due to bad weather / technical reason & previous rush), then you will have to manage the stay of 02nd days by yourself (at your own cost). If you keep our transport service with you for more than 07 days, then you will have to pay for the additional days of transport to the driver or transport manager.

*The Rate is based on minimum 06 Adults travelling together.

*Remark:* The above package cost and helicopter flying schedule are based on the provisions of the previous year (2024), wherein the helicopter ticket cost was ₹6,500/- per person for the Neelgarth – Panchtarni – Neelgarth sector. In case of any increase in helicopter fare or change in the upper helipad location, the package cost and flight timings will be revised accordingly.

8. if time permits – half day sightseeing of Mughal’s Gardens, Srinagar (Shalimar, Nishat & chashme shahi gardens)
9. One Same day Return Tour to Gulmarg from Srinagar.  (Vehicles are only allotted till Gulmarg Parking Area - Due to local transport & union issue)
10. One local sightseeing of Pahalgam (Except Chandanwari,Aru & Betab Valley)  
11. All applicable hotel and transport taxes.

Package Cost Excludes:-

1. Yatra Registration. 
2. Compulsory Medical Health Certificate.
3. RFID Card for Yatries.
4. Travel Insurance.
5. Covid - 19 Test Charges (RT-PCR Test – If required)
6. Any sightseeing in Sonmarg, Gulmarg {Due to union problem}.
7. Chandanwari, Aru & Betab Valley sightseeing in Pahalgam {Due to union problem}.
8. Any meals other than those mentioned in our proposal.
9. Any Airfare / Train fare / Horse Charges, Palkies Charges, cable car tickets, tips etc.
10. Any transportation/ sightseeing which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
11. Entrance fees to Amusement Parks & Boating charges.
12. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
13. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
14. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
15. GST @ 5% of the total bill amount.
